Also, today our ComCast provider sent us a Modem in the mail that we didn't even order and shipped it to our old address. How do we know? Mom got a call from the lady who bought our old place saying a package addressed to us was on her porch, and as if to add insult to injury, they sent us our monthly bill....

If I didn't know any better, I think CenturyLink might be Double-Billing us, either way I hardly think it's fair to pay full price with service like this....
